At The New Vernon Truck Wash & Chrome Shop, we work to process and ship orders quickly and accurately. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days).

• Orders placed before 9:00 AM PST typically begin processing the same business day
• Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST begin processing the next business day
• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday
• Sundays and federal holidays are not processing days

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We primarily ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) but may also use FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS) depending on the order, destination, size, or service level selected.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, regardless of the carrier used.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier for your order.

3. Shipping Timing & Cutoff

Delivery time = Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships:

• You will receive a tracking number via email
• Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier

Please note:

• Carriers may occasionally delay or miss scans during transit
• This does not necessarily mean your package is lost

5. Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• High shipping volume
• Carrier routing issues
• Missed scans or tracking delays

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

• Check your porch, mailbox, or parcel locker
• Check with neighbors or building management

If the package cannot be located:

• A claim must be filed with the shipping carrier

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Damaged Shipments (Important)

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of:
• The item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

Important:
You must keep all original packaging and the shipping box.

Shipping carriers (including USPS, FedEx, and UPS) may require inspection of the packaging in order to approve a claim. Failure to keep the packaging may result in a denied claim.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

• Contact us immediately if an error is noticed
• Address changes can only be made before shipment

If the order has already shipped:

• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
• If returned to us, the order can be reshipped at the customer’s expense

9. Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to pick up the package
• Delivery refusal

We may:

• Reship the order (additional shipping cost applies), or
• Issue a refund minus original shipping costs

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.

11. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees required by their country
• These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost
• We do not control or estimate these fees

International Returns

All international sales are final.

We do not accept international returns or exchanges.

Exceptions

We will assist if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item does not arrive

In these cases:

• Documentation (photos, tracking, etc.) is required
• Claims may need to be filed with the shipping carrier

12. Shipping Coverage Area

We ship within the United States and internationally where available.

13. Marketplace Orders (Important)

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay) are subject to the policies and procedures of that specific platform.

• Returns, refunds, and disputes must be initiated through the marketplace where the order was placed
• We cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges for marketplace orders outside of the platform they were purchased on
• Marketplace policies may differ from our direct website policies

We will work with customers to resolve issues, but all marketplace orders must be handled in accordance with that platform’s rules and processes.
