If you are looking to change your original manufacturer 3 wheel bolt pattern steering wheel, to one that is more customized from Forever Sharp, you will need this 5-Hole big rig hub adapter. This adapter will make it so you can attach any  16 or 18 inch steering wheel with 5 hole wheel bolt pattern.

If you are purchasing a 14 inch wheel you will need a T5-56 conversion hub with the big rig adapter (which comes with the purchase of a 14 inch steering wheel).
