Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below to understand the process.

Returns

You have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start the return process, please login to your customer account at The New Vernon Truck Wash Customer Account Login Page: https://shopify.com/56207867968/account, and process the return online or contact us at newvernontruckwash@gmail.com. We will respond to your return request within 48 hours. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be of new or unused merchandise unless the issue is related to functionality or damage on delivery. In those cases, we will also accept returns.

We will process returns within 72 hours of receiving the returned package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package by emailing us at newvernontruckwash@gmail.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours and work with you to resolve the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return. These include:

• Perishable goods (such as food or plants)
• Custom products (such as personalized items)
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items. If you have any questions regarding a specific product, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued less return shipping costs to your original payment method. We will process returns within 72 hours to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
